No panna cotta for you!
Last night ourwaiter graciously let me down saying they put wheat in their panna cotta. So this is what he came up with instead. The peaches were fantastic!

What is your favourite glutenfree bread?
Do you have a favourite gluten free bread? Mine is Sol breads megagrain sourdough. Great flavour, lots of seeds and crunchy. It’s the perfect bread to make this French toast I had this morning for breakfast.
